We currently ship within the United States.

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping times vary depending on your location and carrier.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Orders over $80 qualify for free standard shipping.

Once a package has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier.

If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact the carrier first. If you still need assistance, reach out and we'll do our best to help.

We want you to love your Mauloa pieces. If something isn't quite right, we're happy to help.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

Items must be:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In original condition
• Returned with original tags attached

If you'd like a different size, we'll gladly exchange your item based on availability.

If your requested size is unavailable, we'll issue store credit.

Approved returns will be issued as store credit.
